I have general liability insurance OR I understand BHLV does not provide coverage for my business at events. I understand the vendor fee for each approved event will be sent as a Stripe payment link, and my table is confirmed once paid. My offering aligns with BHLV's mission of supporting health, longevity, and biohacking — no MLM pitches, no medical claims I can't back up. I understand that if an event is at vendor capacity, my application may be waitlisted — I'll be notified if a spot opens.
