🎟️ How do I give a member their discount?
Open the Verify tab at the bottom, then scan the member's QR code or type their code. The app confirms their tier and the exact promotion they get. The redemption is logged automatically — no paperwork.
⚠️ A member's code won't scan or says "invalid"
A few common reasons: the code already hit its redemption limit for this period, the membership lapsed, or the camera couldn't read the QR. Try typing the code by hand on the Verify tab. If it still won't go through, send us a message below with the member's name and we'll sort it out.
👥 How do I let my staff scan members too?
On this Account page, find Team & devices. Invite a teammate by email, or share the join link, and they sign in on their own phone. Each business gets a set number of devices — message us if you need more.
🖼️ How do I update my logo, info, or promotions?
Change your logo right here under Business info → Change logo. For your business name, public contact, category, or the member promotions you offer, tap Email BHLV to update your info in Quick actions below and we'll make the change.
📲 How do I install the app on my phone?
Scroll to Install app on this page and tap Download to Phone. On iPhone use Safari's Share → "Add to Home Screen"; on Android use Chrome's menu → "Install app." Then open it from your home screen like any other app.
🔔 I'm not getting notifications
Turn on Push alerts on this page and allow notifications when your phone asks. If you never saw the prompt, check your phone's settings for the BHLV Partners app and enable notifications there.
