4 Meeting attendance

Select the months you'd like to attend. Spots are limited — overflow goes to the waitlist. We run a monthly lotto for oversubscribed meetings to keep it fair for all vendors.

Fairness system: Vendors who attend frequently may be deprioritized in the lotto to give newer vendors a chance. Your attendance history is tracked. We aim for every eligible vendor to get at least 2 slots per year.

There is a fee to join the network. The amount is negotiated individually based on your business and sent with your partnership contract after we review and vet your application. There's no charge to apply.

Sponsors get a 10-minute speaking slot, a banner or signage at the event, and a table. Sponsors who book at least 3 weeks in advance are featured on the event flyer and all digital promotion.
